Usage:

     Cold compress: Put the cold/hot pack into refrigerator for half an hour before using.

     Hot compress: Put the cold/hot pack into microwave oven for calefaction for 100 seconds each use.  When it is used continuously,please re-put it into microwave oven for calefaction for 60 seconds for the second use.

Purpose:

     Cold compress: Physical therapy for traumatic hemorrhage, heatstroke, itch, headache, strain, scald, fatigue.

     Hot compress: Alleviate rheumatic pain, sciatica, vertebral pain. Improve mucous membrane or scar after surgery.

Characteristic:

The item remains soft even in -18 condition.

It can be used for cold compress or hot compress.

Non- toxic.Non-caustic.

Reusable.

Precaution:

     This item only can be used for external therapy. Avoid contact with sharp object in case of damage to pack.

     In case of leakage and the eyes or skin have contacted with content inside,wash away with cold water thoroughly.

     If ingest the content by mistake, drink enough water, try his best to vomit and turn to doctor when necessary.

     To avoid too low or high temperature, it should be better to enwrap the cold/hot pack with a tower or cotton cloth before we put it into refrigerator or microwave oven.

     Who have something wrong with their circulation system should refer to doctor before using this item.
